- what happened and roughly when,
- whether you were the customer or the driver,
- the postcode of the job if there was one.
We aim to reply within one working day, and much faster for live-job problems.
Common questions
- Delete my account / my data — do it yourself in the app: ⋯ menu → Delete my account. Details in the privacy policy.
- Was I charged? — the beta runs in Stripe test mode: no live charges. Your card is only ever charged when a job completes.
- Driver verification — documents are reviewed by a human; you'll be notified in the app when you're approved.
